This is a pretty tough one for me to be honest because if i had my way i would take both Paul Rudd and Jason Segel away to an island that would let me marry them both! I'm sure they would enjoy being brother husbands!

But thats not the aim of the game so my pick is...

Eff  Paul Rudd...look at that picture above and tell me you don't want him in your bed!!

Marry Jason Segel again look at that picture, his cute little face says it all! plus he has all the components of my dream man, tall, funny sexy and cute! luckily my real life boyfriend fits that description too ;)

Kill  Jonah Hill, hands down! he just drives me insane, i really do not think he is funny!

Fun with our phones Monday

I have had a little trouble getting ideas finalised for posts at the moment so i thought i would try a new link up to see if  it helps spark some ideas.

Winter is definitely coming!

Tall Candles in Mason Jars light up our front doorstep perfectly with the dark settling in early.

We took the kids to Bergen Aquarium and i made friends with the cutest little penguin, who kept snapping at the kids boots!

bloggers block and a nail polish swap!

Hey Guys,
 I am having such a blogging block at the moment and it is driving me insane, I have lots of ideas but everytime i sit down to write i just blank out :(

but i am working on some fun ideas for the next few months and i have a couple of awesome giveaways planned yay!

in the meantime i thought i would let you know about a blog swap i am taking part in, hosted by Tara at fabulous but evil and Celia from Celiasway.

It's a nail polish swap and i think it sounds super awesome and i am even more pleased because i can take part even though i am not in the states yaaay!!!

The closing date for sign up is the 9th! so you still all have time to get over there and take part!!!

True Life: I'm a Healthy Living Blogger ... sort of

I am teaming up yet again with fabulousbutevil and Mrs Monologues for their TRUE LIFE series. 

This time it is True Life: I'm a Healthy Living Blogger! to be fair though i think my title should read

 True Life: I'm TRYING TO BE a Healthy Living Blogger.

I am in the process of trying to shed 70lbs from my 5"2 frame, through eating healthy and exercising regularly.

 My journey has just begun started many times over, often i go full throttle for a few weeks or even months, before i get distracted, it happens in most areas of my life, so i am doing my best to learn to stick with something! 

One of the techniques i have started to use is short term goals, medium term goals and long term goals. In order to encourage myself to reach those goals i have worked out some incentives in which i can treat myself. because who doesn't like to spoil themselves once in a while? and how much better does it feel when you know you have worked for it?

Here's an example of how my goals and rewards work...

Short term goals

Goal -10lbs  Reward - membership at the local gym

Goal  -15lbs Reward - buy a M.A.C foundation

Goal  -20lbs Reward - new rain boots

For every 10lbs i lose i will reward myself with a larger/more expensive treat and for the 5's in between something smaller but to keep me motivated 

Medium term goals

I have set myself a goal to lose at least 2lbs a week, every week until Christmas, you can see that post here!

Now instead of focusing on my far far away goal of a 70lb loss, i focus on my weekly 2lb loss.

Long term goals

everyone has that ideal weight they would like to be right? mine is 120lbs, whenever i think about giving up on this i look at the dress i bought a few years ago when i was losing weight but never got into, or i log onto MyFitnessPal and look at what i have done so far, or i visit Pinterest and look at all of the amazing weight loss/ exercise inspiration that is floating around! it really keeps me going!

now to break up this word heavy post...

Not that any of my readers are fat! but i sure as hell am ;)

TRUE LIFE: I wish i was a food blogger!

Fabulous but evil and Mrs Monologues have been holding their True Life series for a few weeks now and i have known i wanted to get involved...i did the general blogger post here and then sat back and watched as all the other categories kind of passed me by, i have no idea how to define what i do, i often think of amazing posts and then can't carry them off to my satisfaction so i discard them. which leads me to the next True Life topic Food Blogging, i am addicted to food blogs and have always wanted to be one, so i often whip up recipes and try and photograph them, which never turns out the way i wanted to so i throw them on the rubbish heap. This has cultivated in me having a lot of photos of food i have made floating around on my hard drive so i thought i would use this opportunity to post them and show you why i wish i was a food blogger but would probably fail!

I make boring food for dinner

and photograph things in the worst way, no thanks to my super dark apartment

I could do with some lessons on framing thats for sure.

I love sweet things!

I have decided not to give up on the food blogging though, just to hone my skills a lot  a little more and wait untill we have moved into our new bright apartment before taking any more photos of my creations.

I LOVE pintrest, so when i saw that The Vintage Apple had an "oh how pintresting wednesday" link up, i knew i had to get in on the action.

I pin a crap load of things from weight loss inspiration to craft and recipe ideas or just things i am currently lusting over in the fashion world! today i thought i would show you a little selection of Shoes that i have been pinning and pining for recently....

True Life: I'm a rambling blogger

Happy Friday people today i am linking up with Mrs Monologues and Fabulous but evil to take part in their link up series true life: I'm a _______ blogger!

I thought it would be nice to re introduce myself here with some lists.

Me

1. I am 23

2. I live in Bergen, Norway with my lovely boyfriend and hopefully soon a cat yay!

3. I blog about tons of different random stuff anything from long rambles about my day to place/product reviews

4. I am currently unemployed (boo!) so i spend most of my day on the computer! or crafting (yay!)

5.  Hopefully soon i will finally be done with my BA TEFL degree and can get a job as a teacher!

Like/Loves

1. Lists! i love lists i write them all the time usually detailing all the things i have to do, before i promptly forget to do them and move on to writing another list about something

2. My boyfriend, I know aww (puke puke) but he really is wonderful and is always looking after me!

3. Cats, seriously i would love to be a cat lady as long as i had a huuuge house with lots of windows so i wouldn't smell like one.

4. food, nomz i loves it. could possibly be the reason i never succeed in losing weight but meh sometimes you just gotta have that slice of pizza!

5. crafting, especially at the moment when my head is filled with money/school/life worries i find that sitting down and making something really puts me in a good mood, plus it maks my boyfriend happy as i forget to nag him about things ;)

Dislikes

1. Hangovers (i have one right now and it is threatening to send me back to bed with no supper! which would be terrible *sob*)

2. mean people - i know everyone says that but its because it's so true if you're in a bad mood don't take it out on me just go and have an ice cream, they make everything better!

3. Writing essays/revising for exams and school in general! i just want it all to be over.

4. not having the body of Scarlett Johansson and being too lazy to get it.

5. not having my best friends living close by :( 

So there you have it, now you know some interesting ish facts about me and hopefully you will have come to inevitable conclusion that i am awesome and should be your new BFF!
