Second of all are my picks, in no special order...

1. Alyssa @From freeways to fjords has just moved over from Sunny California to Rainy Bergen. I have the extreme pleasure of not only knowing her in real life (thanks to the internets) but also working with her (so we probably would have met anyway, haha weird) She writes about her new experiences and adjusting to life in a new country! plus she is definitely a sweetheart!

2.  Next up is my dear dear friend Rebecca French who blogs over at The Veritable Shiz which showcases here amazing illustrations. you all definitely need to see them. I was lucky enough to get to spend a year living just down the hall from this girl and her high spirits kept me entertained a lot, she is one of my favouritest sweethearts in the whole world!

3. Sarah Elizabeth is a Norwegian blogger who uses her blog The Beara Necessities to write about fashion, healthy eating and generally a little bit of everything. She is going to be Russ this year which will be super fun for her and great fun for us to read! This sweetheart is awesome at leaving aleays leaving lovely comments on my blog. ps she is an awesome photographer as well!

4. This is an obvious one for me Jello the lovely and artistic writer of Jello's Kitchen This girl has it all, seriously she is funny, kind, artistic (check out her etsy page) and just down right a bonafide sweetheart. Her blog is never the same and i always enjoy reading what she has to say!

5. And last but by no means least is Talitha at TTimeChatter, I have only just started reading her blog but i really love her outfit of the days and her take on fashion. she also does some wicked fashion DIY's!

A nice suprise turns a meh day good!

Today has been a bit up and down, it started off good as my weight was down (it is an on going struggle) and i felt pretty good, i did some shopping, cleaned the apartment and studied some Norwegian. Then i got an email which totally shattered my mood, it was yet another rejection from a job. I try not to let it reflect in my blog too often but it can be really hard looking for work here, especially if your like me and get a bit embarrassed speaking the language to natives... but anyway there i was sitting at the computer moping like an idiot, when in walks my lovely boyfriend with a package in his hands...a package for meeee!

That brightened me up no end i can tell you that! I am absolutely in love with these pieces especially the bracelet which i have been wearing ever since!

The necklace seemed a bit long at first but i think it will be prefect with a nice summer dress. ( i will post pictures once i can be bothered to find a dress to wear and persuade the bf to take lots of pictures of me until i find at least one i like)

The ring fits looks actually a lot nicer than i thought it would on me.

I'm Home!

Yes i am finally back in my beloved Bergen!

To be honest with you, i have been back for a couple of days now and things have been nice and busy, On Saturday TP and I went for dinner with his Sister and her partner Jan. We went to this lovely Italian place called Stragiottis, i decided not to take photos seeing as i have only met his sister twice and didn't want to let her know i am one of those weird 'takes photos of their food before they eat it' kind of people. After dinner TP and I made our way over to the cinema to see.......

HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS part 2

I was soo excited, mainly because i grew up reading the books and just recently re read the last book and partially because I have a tumblr and it has been HP obsessed recently. In the end i quite enjoyed the film and i have to admit i did cry on multiple occasions during but i also felt a bit frustrated when they unnecessarily changed parts which didn't really contribute to the overall plot anyway.

After HP7 we went for a quick drink in a bar nearby to the cinema called Biskopen (The Bishop) which was lovely especially as when we sat downstairs we discovered a beautiful friendly cat sleeping on one of the sofas my night was made!

In other news... I won something!!! i never ever win anything and just before i left for Norway i discover a twitter message from Sarah Elisabeth over at thebearanecessities telling me i had won her giveaway yaaay!!! so when that arrives in the post i will be sure to take some snazzy photos of myself wearing them.

Untill then i have to go have my teeth poked and prodded at the dentist boo :(
